This home was originally build in 1980’s and hadn’t been refurbished since originally built. We completed the architectural design, energy assessment on this project. Looking at opportunities to upgrade the full home, bringing up-to modern standards whilst making more energy efficient.
Role: Architectural Design, Energy Strategy and Construction
Retrofit Measures: Internal Wall Insulation, Flat Roof Insulation, Under Floor Heating, Heat Pump, DMEV Ventilation.
Supply Chain: Howdens (Kitchen), LG (Heat Pump), Abacus (Bathrooms)
