Whole House Delivery

Our projects are managed and delivered by our own in- house team of project managers and joiners who specialise in delivering our retrofit measures in accordance with the performance and quality measures specified at design stage. We’re also able to deliver any additional works carried out in parallel such as kitchens bathrooms as well as working with our network of subcontractors to deliver heat pumps, solar panels and other specialist systems as required.

Delivering the projects through an in-house team is central to our business model of quality and consistency of performance on each of our projects. It also allows us to ensure works on our sites are delivered using natural materials.

What’s involved in a typical retrofit project?

  1. Fixes: Address any building defects, as these could exacerbate or undermine insulation and air tightness measures.

  2. Fabric and Ventilation: Insulation of walls, floors and roof. Upgrade any substandard windows and ensure a good level of air tightness & appropriate ventilation.

  3. Heating Systems: Installation of a low carbon heating system such as an Air Source Heat Pump that pulls heat from the outside air.

  4. Renewable Energy: Installation of solar panels and battery storage, allowing a home to generate its own electricity.
