Roundhay Retrofit
We turned this 1930s semi-detached house into a home for the future. The aim was to cut energy bills and make the home more comfortable, while reconfiguring and opening up the living space. We also converted the garage into a bedroom, ground-floor bathroom and utility room.
Role: Architectural Design and Energy Strategy
Retrofit Measures: Cavity Wall Insulation, Under Floor Heating, Heat Pump, Solar Panels and DMEV Ventilation.
Supply Chain: Hemsworth (Contractor), Heat Pump Installers (Heat Pump), JCElectrical (Solar Panels)
