Architectural Design
We design and build retrofit projects, keeping one thread running from the first conversation to the finished home.
Featured Projects
Wrapt designs and installs, so the same team is with you throughout the project. Allowing projects to benefit from our construction insights and making sure the key details that make a project work don’t get missed.
One Team, Start to Finish
-
Every design starts with an introduction meeting where we get to know you and your project. From here we can prepare a concept design helping you understand what is possible with your home.
-
Certain home improvement will require a planning application this can be for an extension to go alongside a home upgrade or in some cases for the installation of a heat-pump.
-
We can work with your design and all the necessary details required to make your project compatible with low-carbon principles integrating natural materials if appropriate. We’re also able to support providing designes for heating and ventilation systems.
-
Our own team carries out the work, or manages trusted trades where needed. The design intent isn’t lost because the people who designed it stay on the job.
-
We show you how your home and its systems work, give you the documents you need, and stay on hand once you’ve moved back in.
Types of Projects
Whole House
We take a holistic approach to improving existing homes, looking at fabric performance, layout, and energy efficiency together. From insulation and ventilation strategies to internal reconfiguration, we help transform properties into comfortable, low energy homes that are ready for the future.
Extensions & Loft
Whether expanding upwards or outwards, we design additional space that feels naturally connected to your home. These types of projects are perfect or natural materials that can help keep your home warm in winter and cool in summer.
Community Projects
We work with a range of community groups helping them collate a range of voices to inform designs.
